Yahoo with their new programming is still going through programming.
Has the items roll off, there are those going into Unsold items, with no way to relist. It is taking days for them to fix these for you to be able to relist. So, each day, I simply sit and email them each auction with a message on it. The whole page, not a link. I want them to see what I am talking about. I get 2 responses from two different people. Neither one a fix. Yesterday, One asked me who the buyer was? Now you can clearly see, there are no bidders or buyers!!!!!!!

There is a box to click for auto-renewals of auctions which end. Does this not work?

My problem is I can't get a picture to load when configuring/customizing my profile and list pages.

The pop-up comes up as "page not found."

Glasscottage:

I'm new @ Yahoo, and haven't had to relist mine yet. They end in a few days, and I'll circle back to let you know if it works for me.

One thing - when I went over there this morning to check my things, I noticed Auctions at the top of my screen (just went to www.yahoo.com) -!!!

Is this me only, or has this come up for others? I'm trying to determine if it's based on my visits or what!!!

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Now, that listing on Yahoo is Free, I will be checking that box to where they relist automatically! It use to, so I imagine, it still does.

There are no free lunches for me at Yahoo!

I am having a problem switiching credit cards. Wanted to use a different one and Yahoo claims you can't use the same credit card with different ID's.

So I open a brand new Yahoo account, with a different credit card. When I go to list an item for auction it asks me to sign in with my security key. Then it goes to the next window stating,

"Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

This has been going on all afternoon. What gives????

OK, my experience(s) on Yahoo Help Customer Care by Phone.

First Call: remove your cookies and temp files.
This did not solve the problem.

Second Call: we will have to move this problem up to the next level which may take up to five (5) days for a response.

So if you intend to list at Yahoo, any problems could be a ride on the Titantic.

Quick Note: I tried to list under my other Yahoo ID, different credit card. You have to enter your security number/password, it asks for the verification number on the back of your card, hit contiue and same message I wrote above.

I only get the auctions link at the top of the yahoo screen AFTER I sign in. It is not there if you just go to yahoo.com and aren't signed in. At least that's how it works for me.

The new account has a completely different card attached to it.

The message I am getting sounds like a Yahoo internal problem. I may have to cancel one Yahoo account. You can change credit cards in an account but the original setup remains so if you attempt to start a new ID with the original credit card you can't.

Yahoo claims this prevents the same person shill bidding. I would disagree but my problem still exists. I can't list from either account.

I changed cards and never had that problem. If it is telling you it is an internal problem. I would leave it alone tonight and try again tomorrow.
I had 7 auctions I couldn't relist! I am now down to two. They have been doing some reprogramming with the NO FEE's now. I am sure their system is playing "catch-up" along the lines.
Or even wait a couple hours and see if it has straightened itself out!
