It's quiet here right now, but....late afternoon and early evening here, we're to get hammered again! I've gotta move stuff around in the garage so I can get both of my cars in....

They're not coming here, we're going to meet them in amarillo for lunch. They took GD to Disneyworld, and son leaves for summer duty on sunday. so this will be our only chance to see him until the end of July.

He Just called! They are in Albuquerque, of all places...all the way past us, then back again. So I'm getting ready to leave for Amarillo. See you all later, gotta go hear about Shiloh's birthday party with the princesses that they gave her for her birthday present..

Well, it's a hassle LOL! I didn't get in.. something about an alternate email address. I don't think I want to change all of my settings just to see the poll, but thanks for the link!

Erin, they apparently had a great time there. shiloh was still cranked up about it..

They did do something that I kinda have a problem with...as I said, they scheduled 'breakfast with the princesses' for Shiloh for her birthday. she's 4. They brought back a wonderful picture of her with Ariel, her hero.
But then, disney dresses these little girls up in princess outfits (still no problem) puts up their hair, and puts makeup on them! The picture didn't even look like a 4 year old. Shiloh was really proud of it, but I'm disappointed in Disney encouraging little girls to dress beyond their years, with makeup, etc.

Now, am I showing myself as an old fuddy-duddy? I know, but this is my grand BABY!! I don't want makeup on her!! Tell me I'm overprotective, old fashioned, whatever...kids do NOT need to be encouraged to grow up too soon. JMHO!

T-T - I tend to agree! I rarely use makeup, as I tend to feel that 'real beauty' is much more than surface looks....I am comfy this way and with 2 teenage boys, often want to grab some of these girls I see and teach them how to use makeup or at a minimum tell them how they 'really look'!!!

I am glad they had tons of fun tho and you had a great visit!!

No posts yet as to how sellers feel about the poll results! But - wanted to get these out before I went to the fields!

Boy, Wagglepop sure did fizzle out completely after having made such a big deal out of themselves in the beginning. That's what's going to happen at BV once the Sellers who go there realize that there are no Buyers other than those who are Sellers wanting to make BV look good. It used to happen with fair consistency at BV... New Seller welcomes would include bids. A few weeks later when the bids stopped they'd be on the boards asking "What happened to all of the bidders?"
