Ebay pisses off a lot of people here too but you have them on the auction site count. The people who sell on Eweay are good people.

In case someone didnt know, a moderator (Cindy) on Ewaey lost her hubby yesterday. He died suddenly. We are mourning with her over her lost. Any prayers would be great. She needs it now.

This is what Alex said about the down time yesterday.

We want to apologise for the down time Ewaey experienced since last night. Be sure that I had everybody looking at this problem and it has been resolved.
We changed to our own server and as usuall we had a few problems but it is all fixed.

As you know we now have the BULKLISTER and the BOOSTLISTER. Use them! They are great tools!

We have alot of new things coming up and I just want to say...Hang on, it will be a great journey!!!

Ebay is the standard .. & will always be on the ASC, besides it has nothing to do with whether PSU likes Ebay or not, nor about whether PSU likes EWAEY or not....consistancy will be the KEY factor in adding EWAEY to the count.. it must be maintained over a period of time before it will even be considered.
Also...
since Alex has been banned from PSU for multiple issues (like spamming) ..there are consiquenses for all our actions in life...so I'm not sure if his site will ever be added...that will be a call only PSU will make...and when it's all said & done, this is PSUs' site & any restrictions he applies to ANY OF US must be accepted, if that doesn't sit well with anyone, then they should start their own Forum & set their own rules.
Personally I think PSU has been very fair in all his dealings with all the sites & folks that come here..

Which is good as Alex is playing the innocent victim on his own forums, but at least this way people coming over here to see what the fuss is all about can see how he really has been behaving.

As for why eBay is listed on PSU even though we don't like it:
The reasons Alex was been banned here include spamming, threatening and copying PSU's work.
His latest tantrum was just the last straw in a soap opera which has been going on for already two years.

Sure, nobody here is a fan of eBay, but at least Meg Whitman knows not to come in here behaving like a 10 year old.

This will be my last post in the Alex ewaey soap opera.
My main reason for posting this message is for a remark that Alex and Aroldo posted about me on their copy-cat (Copy n Paste) version of PSU known as UAF.
There are people who will come to Aroldos rescue saying he did not say this.
He may not have personally said this but as a Member of the Ceo Team of ewaey.com and part owner he is held liable for anything that Alex says also.

I didn't want to bring any negativity over to UAF. But I need to say a few things.

I never spammed on PSU. I placed my site's ads in the right place where PSU says I am allowed to.

These accusations are all lies and fabrications. You can see it for yourselves there.
The site bashers are the ones who went into my threads and started the whole problem. Not me.

PSU admin and his moderators all can see that I did not bash no one and did not spam. If they are saying or accepting the accusations that I did these things; They are simply ignoring the truth because they are bias and teaming up with the members that control that board against me and EWAEY.COM. Here below is where I placed my ad. I never placed an ad on any other PSU forum. Only on the one below where It says I am allowed to. placed my site's ad under this forum below! And they are accusing me of spamming.

Countryboy is a lier. I gave him many chances on here. He left because he wanted to be HEAD MODERATOR and I did not agree with that. It hasnt been the first time he left.
I left because I was sick of all the hype and non-professional attitude of the Management of ewaey.com.
I did leave another time because another moderator send me a xxx picture and wanted me to tell Alex to take it off. Whats wrong with that picture. Send it to Alex yourself and tell him not me,I can’t remove the auction. Any family member could have opened that email and seen that degrading picture. This is the mentality of what I had to put up with.
An yes I did go back for the main purpose to try and change the reputation that ewaey was getting,that lead to many disagreement between The Management, The Moderators and Myself. I could see that my suggestion to rebuild the reputation of ewaey was a lose cause.So to that end I left for peace of mind. I was banned from ewaey and so was my wife even though she had nothing to do with anything I said or did. The reason she was banned from ewaey is because she was my wife and for no other reason.This is the mentality of the ewaey Management.

Anyone can see that I did not do anything wrong and that I have been bashed and accused for doing the right thing.
As you can see for yourself with the above statement that the Management is still unable to see what he has done wrong to be banned from PSU.

In another U-Turn ewaey is again introducing fees.
Just received this email:
I have given you all a chance to take control of your investment by letting you choose when you can donate any amount possible on a monthly basis.
Only about 10 members took this chance and donated. These members have been faithful to ewaey.com and they understand the ewaey idea.
Some of you dont understand the EWAEY idea. I have received some emails yesterday telling me that they could care less about EWAEY or the members in need of our help.
Sellers need to understand that if EWAEY does not have money; the site will not produce traffic.
We want to make EWAEY a great site where you the sellers can achieve success but pay less than what you would be paying on ebay.com.
What is so hard to understand? I ask you this question because if you the sellers do not want to pay anything; You will be doing harm to your own self. Its simple! You the seller will not sell anything! The site will be just a page on the internet among millions of others.

So because of that thought I will be creating a fee based membership for all.
If you do not want to pay fees or think that you should not pay for fees; than EWAEY is not for you anymore. Go to the FREE sites and just hope you can get a buyer that would give you a chance of a successful sale.
Please dont feel offended. I am saying this for your own good. You want to sell many items; then you need to be in a site that has money to advertise.
The new fee schedules will be placed and it will be in effect December 1st. 2007.

Another thing is that an auction site in order to be a good auction site does not need to have billions of items. Trust me. The more items it has the worst is the competition and it will be even harder for your item to be viewed.
A good auction site is the one that is well balanced. It has alot of items but not in such a way that your items would be in a SAND BOX. Also the most important thing is that a good auction site should have sales and new members arriving constantly.
Only an advertised site can do this.

So for all the FEE haters and the members that WANT everything but dont want to spend $5.00 per month; EWAEY will be charging fees and if you dont pay your accounts will be frozen. I am sorry but I have no alternative.
The fees will start DECEMBER 1st 2007.

I understand the dilemma ewaey and many other auction sites are in but I doubt that this move will help!

Oh this is too rich. The Ewaey saga just keeps getting better and better.
Now is this a flip or a flop? I've lost count of how many time there's been a switch from free to paid.
Of course these plans will be canceled as soon as people start complaining.

Still, very informative if you want to show an example how to alienate your members.
