Well, I am a seller looking for places to go. I also buy a lot. It's just that looking at items and seeing all of the messages back and forth. Maybe the negotiating isn't a waste of time for some, but often, it goes on for days. Who has that kind of time to spend selling one item?

Looks like people who own over 5,000,000 items have that kind of time.

It's funny you knock not having that kind of time to sell items but yet you would come on here for days writing about not having that kind of time to sell an item.

To many, selling sites are not only a way to either make a living, make extra money or it's their way of socializing. If you are asking, who has that kind of time, just look at a site like this or a blog site or any other forum, where people post thousands of replies and don't make a penny. Why would they do that? It's a form of socialization.

iOffer is a great way for many to socialize while making money, if it's not for you, so be it but why spend so much time bashing it. Just move on.

Blue, why don't you just get over yourself? To you, any non-positive comment is bashing. Just stop whining already.

Posting a few replies in a forum is nothing compared to responding to numerous offers on thousands of items. Maybe it's time for you to get in tough with reality.

Posting on a forum is a lot different than having buyers treat a seller like garbage. Those buyers openly state that the seller needs to sell at wholesale. The many responses I read were VERY rude to the sellers.

BTW, just because I have some posts on here doesn't mean I've sat on here for days. I just check in as you do. You'r just trying to distract from the real issues.

I was trying to be nice by just stating my concerns of the site. Sorry I made you cry.

but some places or sites as Blujay u dont paid for the sale as ebay does or u dont have to be flexible as iOffer decide.. so that is freedom of sale
without credit card # later they charge u, just to open a new site where u bring u items.. so these site we are sales and not troubles Cool + great people =Good business

Mary,

Thank you.

Have you tried contacting them via:
http://www.ioffer.com/info/customer_service_request

I know sometimes, it is hard to find out how to contact them directly. I have been pretty lucky getting decent responses from them using that contact form. Usually within 24 hours.

This maybe old but here is what is or used to be their physical address:

237 Black Walnut Road
San Luis Obispo, CA 93405

Hope this helps you out.

Good Luck

-Tom

Sittingon20G, where do you see me crying. I'm not crying, there's no crying in forums. You're not even a seller on iOffer and you think you have all the answers.

There's got to be a reason why they have 5,000,000 listing and you don't have one of them. At least I'm in the game and iOffer works great as do other sites I'm on. You're the one who should quit complaining and learn how to sell items online. I've got over 1,500 sales and I work hard to do it. I don't need someone who isn't even a seller knocking the sites I sell on.

You truly don't know what they are talking about. Rolling Eyes

Who said I wasn't a seller? I'm a buyer and seller.

Observations are not complaints.

Honestly, I'm not wasting anymore time on you explaining everything you just don't get.

If iOffer is for you, great, but you don't need to spend so much time defending it. You should just move on. Razz

some of us have the time. not all of us are selling 10,000 ipod gadgets. some of us sell very unique items. many a time i was the only guy selling an item in all of ebay land. when the buyer won the item, i was paid for and thanked for offering that unique item for sale. yes, it happens.

sellers like myself are the ones most adversely affected by ebays new policies. the good thing is the longer i sit on my inventory, the older things are and thus the harder they are to get.

i tried ioffer and didnt get any bites. maybe i'll try again soon since they have passed the 5mil mark on listings. i had high hopes for OLA but they seem to be angering too many people and their cheerleaders are playing dirty.

I made $45 in pure profit yesterday on ioffer, all from digital items and ebooks which are emailed and have infinite quantities. You may think 45 lol. Well let me tell you 45 x 30 days =$1350!!! AND its pure profit, cuz I don't have product cost. My iOffer digital item sales are reaching ebay levels where I did $3000 a month. iOffer rocks!
