Can anyone tell me if iOffer has a Vero program like eBay? Has anyone had a takedown on iOffer yet?

Here is all their site says about that:
Counterfeit goods policy:
"A note about counterfeit goods: The listing of unauthorized, counterfeit or replica products, or use of a third party’s trademark in the listing of non-genuine goods is strictly prohibited. If a seller engages in the listing of unauthorized merchandise or counterfeit goods, iOffer will disclose the identity and contact information of that seller, including any aliases or alternate IDs or email addresses the seller may have previously used, at the request of the trademark owner and iOffer will assist that trademark owner in the prosecution of that seller. This disclosure may be made without notice to the seller."
Copyright policy:
"C.O.P.S. (Counter Online Piracy System) is iOffer's system that allows verified Copyright owners to remove and/or disable access to items that may infringe upon their Copyright. They may also suspend accounts for these violations. iOffer cannot assist you with these issues, you must contact the C.O.P.S. user who removed your item or suspended your account as we do not determine who is suspended (the Copyright owner does)."

I did notice quite a few people selling questionable things-- especially designer bags and movies "without artwork or case." So, my view is it's either not being as actively enforced as it should be, or the seemingly small staff is overwhelmed by the number of listings. I don't especially care about it, but it does cheapen up the site, and I can imagine that it creates a bad image for people who visit ioffer.com.
