Yesterday my feedback was 98.7 today it is 99.5. I'm not complaining I'm just wondering if ebay changed anything and I missed the announcement.

They changed neutrals back to neutrals. They don't have a negative impact on your FB percentage. It was in the announcements yesterday, I believe. The link for those is usually at the bottom of every ebay page.
