QUEENS—A ego Park man has been arraigned on an indictment charging him with criminal possession of stolen property in connection with a scheme in which he is alleged to have sold more than 2,000 stolen Victoria’s Secret bras on the Internet auction site Ebay! over the last two years. An additional 650 stolen Victoria’s Secret bras were recovered in his home.

George Tutaya, 41, of 87-01 Eliot Avenue, in Rego Park, Queens, was arraigned Tuesday on an indictment charging him with one count of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and 17 counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property before Queens Supreme Court Justice Kenneth Holder. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted. Bail was set at $7,500 bond or $3,500 cash. He was ordered to return to court on Nov. 18.

lol! I posted this article on seller central last night and there are some funny comments that followed it. I guess it is not ok to be a flea market seller, but it IS ok to be a fence for stolen goods, as long as the buyers are happy.

I wonder how his DSR rating were? If he had 100.0%, that would be so funny. He steals the goods, but offers great customer service to his buyers.

Well, at least he did what John Donohue should do... He made a clean breast of it.

I think it's now fairly well-established that you can make money on ebay, as long as your inventory doesn't cost anything...
