We operate in HK and sell from HK. We have over 1300 feeback and are topseller within a 3 months. However, the recent changes for DSR made us very hard to work with ebay.

Please guys and ladies, if you have experienced the same problem please let me know what you did to improve you DSR shipping ratings!!!



Also please recommend a listing tool / listing and managing solution (paid or free) so I can amend the prices that I have input with ease. For example, I am selling a DSLR for 500USD, the exchange rate changes and I may be losing on 500USD, the software can allow me to do +5USD and all of the selective listing selling price will be added by 5USD.

The only advice I have heard for improving shipping DSR is simple explanation in your description that says you aim to provide 5 star service by shipping within X days and providing estimated delivery time for various methods. That is the most difficult DSR to improve.

I cannot help with a listing software but maybe someone else has a suggestion.
