I was thinking of setting up a new shop but wondering is there any point as will appear very badly in the new way ebay list the big seller first.

Even a featured shop will be down the listings

If you are talking about setting up a shop on ebaY, there are pros and there are cons. Perhaps you should analyze your product line and how well it does/does not sell online. You may also want to spend some time reading here, as many are still selling on ebaY and many others have moved forward.

I'm no longer there - closed store in 2/05 - right after the announcements about price increases. That set of increases made me rethink the Cost of Doing Business, and vacate ebaY!

you can set up your free store in sites similar to ebay. listing is also free and will only commissioned you when you sell an item a very small %. find the list of these sites somewhere in this forum.
