I decided to give Yahoo a try today. I want to use dragonlady55 for selling but all I could do was list with my email ID. I asked Yahoo CS for help about getting an add'l ID and they told me that I can use another ID if I have a second Yahoo acct on the same computer. Then they told me how to start a new acct.

My question is this- before I do this and possibly screw up my current ID, I need to know that if I start a new account will it be separate from my email ID OR, will it replace my email ID?

Clear as mud, uh? One email id and one seller id. That is what I need.

Whenever I try to add anything from Yahoo, my PC goes TOTALLY wacko and I have to do a "system restore". I've had to do that 2x already in 1 week!

That's why I'm such a scarety-cat, Cat! Razz Razz Razz

Can someone please help me?

dragonlady55, it's an entirely seperate id with it's own e-mail account.

Hope that helps!

Well this I did not know LL or dragonlady

With my auctions over there I just used my same old yahoo account name for everything which has nothing to do with "THE CAT"....

Yahoo and ebay were one of the first two sites I signed up with after obtaining this beast before me...All Cat-like/spanish names were already in use so I had to improvise....

Now when browsing my auctions (at yaaahooo) one must look for a totally different name, though most know me by what I sell~~~
