Stootsi.com is a “one deal, one day” website. We run one featured deal (sometimes more) at a time, on our homepage, each day starting at 12 PM EST. Stootsi.com also operates a full e-commerce store, as well as games.stootsi.com, chaos.stootsi.com, and salvage.stootsi.com.

Our new project, sell.stootsi.com, will be a third party merchant portion of our site, where we offer items from pre-approved, third party merchants. This portion of our site will work similar to our home page, where we will feature one product at a time, rotating deals constantly. Additionally third party merchants will have all of their items listed in our store and in price shopping engines, promoted in our newsletters and on the homepage.

We are currently recruiting roughly 10-20 small to medium sized businesses to work with us during our beta launch of sell.stootsi.com. During this period we are waiving all item based fees. The only fees will be credit card transactions. Selling on our site will be more similar to Amazon in that we will collect payments on behalf of your buyer and pay you when your items sell (no non-paying bidders!). Our marketplaces is currently fixed price only. We offer bulk upload features and are adding more functionality daily.

If you would like your company to be considered for review for our beta launch, please send an email to sell@sell.stootsi.com with your contact information and one of our sales representatives will be in touch with you shortly.

If you are a sheep tired of being skinned over and over again by ebay, come join our team! We want to see you run your business the way you know how, and succeed in doing it. In summary, we look forward to serving you.

Hey everyone - don't want to spam the boards but I'd really love to get some of your feedback on our project. Please understand we are not a new website, and we already receive very good traffic with a huge customer base. I think there are some great opportunities for you to sell on our site and we'ld love to get you involved in our beta launch. This is *not* a startup company with no money. We are a well-funded, established operation that knows what you need to succeed. Our alexa web ranking is very respectable, and receives more traffic than most all other non-ebay auction alternatives. We know you guys are hungry to find new revenue streams for your products and we think we can help you sell more, with less fees.

Please visit the current sell.stootsi.com page to see the current beta launch and layout. You can sell.stootsi.com to view this.

Then, please consider signing up sell.stootsi.com to join our team, so we can learn what you want and need and design a better selling solution. Thanks again everyone.

Happy selling,

Stootsi.com

Stootsi's pretty cool, I like it! I check it everyday! The regular Stootsi item as well as the chaos.stootsi items.

Hello. Site is quite nice. But this concept is nothing new, almost same as www.zoot.com.

Just quickly.. I'm looking at the item 1GB RAM, clicked NEW and RETAIL button, and it returned Server Errors. Who are these sellers with 0 feedback anyway?

And, maybe you should not be posting in this 'Other Online Auction Sites' thread, since it's not an auction site. Anyway, best of luck.

Did you mean woot.com?

I agree, there are many sites out there that has the same concepts, but it doesn't hurt that they're out there trying to be better!
