I have got loads today.

All read like this

Dear PayPal User,

We recently noticed one or more attempts to log in to your PayPal
account from a foreign IP address.

If you recently accessed your account while traveling, the unusual log
in attempts may have been initiated by you. However, if you did not
initiate the log ins, please visit PayPal as soon as possible to update
your account:

Changing your password is a security measure that will ensure that you
are the only person with access to the account.

Thanks for your patience as we work together to protect your account.

Sincerely,
PayPal

THESE ARE ALL SCAMS.
ANY site that you are registerd on, will not address you as user, member, or the such. they will address you by your registered name, unless it is a bulk mail going to all members containing some generic announcement.
ANYTHINGofficial, or pertaing specifically to your account will have your name, as, they do know who you are.
there are some new paypal scams / phished emails going out that somehow do have your name. how the scammers got this information is still a mystery.
REGARDLESS, NEVER ANSWER OR REPLY, OR CLICK ON ANYTHING IN THE EMAIL. RESPOND ONLY THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
ALWAYS FORWARD ...UNALTERED... THE COMPLETE EMAIL IN QUESTION TO SPOOF@EBAY.COM OR WHATEVER THE SUPPOSED SITE IS.
IF THE SITE DOES NOT HAVE A DEDICATED "SPOOF" EMAIL ADDRESS, FORWARD TO A KNOWN EMAIL ADDRESS AT THAT SITE, AND THEY WILL FORWARD IT TO THE CORRECT PERSON AT THEIR SITE.
A SAFE RULE TO FOLLW: SUSPECT ALL IS FRAUDULENT... ASSUME NOTHING IS SAFE.
WHEN IN DOUBT...JUST DELETE WITHOUT OPENING. IF IT IS IMPORTANT...THEY WILL RE-SEND...EXCEPT EBAY OR PAYPAL...THEY WILL JUST SUSPEND YOU FOR NON-PERFORMANCE OR SOME OTHER NON-EXISTENT REASON.
