Thank you to Power Sellers Unite for allowing Bidville this opportunity to have its own 'Bidville Auction Site Discussion'.

Bidville is making giant steps on a daily basis to improve its structure and features for its members. Over the past two months, Bidville has become much more user-friendly with added updates and securities to the site as a whole.

We are planning to make a weekly update in this Forum to let you know of our weekly progress and updates to Bidville. We will also entertain any questions that you have at that time about Bidville. If you have any questions about selling on Bidville that need immediate attention, please contact BVCS using the Contact Us form on Bidville.com.

We hope that if you are not already part of the Bidville Community, that you will be buying and selling on Bidville soon!

Thank you,

Bidville Moderator

Just gotta put my plug in here, too, for Bidville! Very Happy

After closing my FeeBay store in January, I joined BV in February. It didn't take me long to decide to make it my (ShopSmart) new home base, including opening my store there.

I've made some wonderful friends, both buyers and sellers, listing is SUPER easy, especially with the bulk loader (the best one I've tried) and I've made more sales there than anywhere else (except GreedBay).

All the new enhancements have just made the best eBay alternative site even better. It's wonderful to see BV actually here at PSUnite! Just shows that the new and improved Bidville is THE place to be! Mr. Green

I can't seem to get any sales there. The ONE sale I had the lady bounced a check on me, admitted and refused to make good.

Welcome to PSU Bidville Mod! I'm soooo happy to see you here!

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG! I'M SO THRILLED!

I came to Bidville in late February & made my first sale almost immediately. I made it my home base & stayed. I've looked around & I do list at other places, but no other site gets my full attention and promotion like Bidville.

This site has OUTSTANDING features and it's so easy to use. It's gotten alot of improvements and upgrades and oh my, it's really great now. If you're not at the B, ya don't know what you're missing. I love my store & I'm stocking it up.

Listing is free, the FVF is very reasonable, Gallery is .10. And the Store? WHERE ELSE can you get a Store with FREE gallery, check out system, inventory management, post sale management....for $5.00/month??? Or $10 for a Featured Store? Geez!!!

Bidville has also made excellent efforts in reducing & eliminating scammers. They're still working on it. But then...even EvilBay is too.

Traffic is improving and it all sure looks and feels great! Come on over and visit, buy from our great sellers. We hope you'll stay & become part of the Best eBay alternative site!

Bidville is THE Place to be!

BIDVILLE

Traffic is improving ...

That's not correct.

Look at Alexa's data, specifically the number of daily pageviews, and you'll see that there were 18 million daily pageviews on October 1 and 12 million daily pageviews on November 21, or a 37% DECLINE in traffic. Between those dates there were numerous occasions on which the daily pageviews fell below 10 million.

Dimview,

Always did like it when you would come in and state facts about the stie.

Also, I know several people that are still at that site and they state that sales are not forthcoming for them. And no, I am not saying who they are.

Nice to see you made it here!

Dimview,

Good morning & Happy Thanksgiving.

I apologize if you misunderstood my broad statement regarding traffic improvement at Bidville.

My comment is general...overall. Traffic has improved overall from the days of site glitches & all the other problems Bidville was over run with.

Do I have statistics to prove it? Heavens no, I don't have the time or patience for that in my non-work life.

Statistics are funny things, Dim. I'm a government employee and in my career I've been responsible for producing statistical reports reporting program performance. Do ya think I can put some spin on some #'s? Especially if I pick two *good* random dates. Wink LOL

Anyway, all I meant was that overall, traffic has improved since the "before times." I still believe so.

Again,
Happy Thanksgiving

Hello Powersellersunite members!

I do apologize for not coming to these boards more regularly as originally planned; however, after seeing some of the questions/comments posted, I opted to only come with announcements, new features, etc. on all other boards other than the Bidville message boards and site as a whole.

If you do have a specific question, please feel free to contact Bidville Customer Service anytime via the Contact Us form on the Bidville website.

Thank you and we do hope that Bidville's new improvements and sellers like you will take Bidville to its next level of ecommerce.
