This company called LE LIVING ESSENTIALS 800-588-1316 CA
debits small amounts to make sure they have you then they hit you with a big amount. Check all statements they are small amounts like .35
.95
I believe it is connected to cigarrest and I hope to get my money back.
If you were a victim can you provide me with any information?
I believe everyone who looks at their statement and notices the small amount quickly may prevent themselves for falling victim to this.
So please check those statements!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to PSU! This company name rings a bell in my mind - you might want to search here at the PSU forum - as I think this company and their tactics have been discussed before.

I'm sure sorry you're in a 'pinch' with their business practices, and am hopeful your $$ will be returned! I believe that was the final outcome when this was discussed before!

Hi, I found this forum by doing a google search on cigarrest. The low life scammers, they got me too!
They took unauthorized money from my CC but I closed the card and disputed the charge as soon as I read about them here. Thanks!

You can't reach them on their toll free # and they don't respond to emails.

I've read all the posts here and at ripoffreport.com on cigarrest, aka living essentials and I can't believe that this company is still in business. A lot of people are claiming they've reported them to the Attorney General. I reported them today to the AG and I plan to send a letter to the BBB and the media. They've been doing this scam for at least 2 years now and I hate to think how many hard earned $'s they've stolen from innocent people.

For crying out loud how many complaints does it take to expose this racket!!

Zero Tolerance for Fraud!

Hey guess what!!! I filed a complaint against cigarrest with the California attorney general's office on January 14 and today Cigarrest credited $69.00 to my account. Yippeeeee!

I do hope that others will do the same thing. This is their site. (AG)

Hi I am new to this just was looking online for this company as they took 69.00 from my account and my Bank charged me an overdraft fee of 79.00 now wont cancel my card until I pay the balance ..I read posted on here elsewhere that it was affiliated with Ciggarrest so I called them and they told me that when you order the trial you agree to this Healthy Living thing whatever it may be but I looked at the terms and it is not listed there anywhere ...
Has anyone found a way to get their money back ??
Please let me know I am a single Mom on limited income and this is just something I cant afford ..

Call the credit card company, file a chargeback for unauthorized charges.

There are enough complaints about the company.

I cancelled my account with them when i got charged over $1oo a yr ago and then come to find out they charged me $69 on my credit card through my bank account. I called the #and i got a recording asking to cancel or get a refund. I selected refund lets see if i get one them idiots

Hi everyone...I'm new to the site. I was looking for info on LE LIVING ESSENTIALS and found this forum. They took $69 from my bank account yesterday. I ordered the Cigarrest trial a year ago and cancelled it, I was never told anything about any Living Essentials and have never heard of or received anything from them! I called Cigarrest and they are saying it was some special promotion thing they were doing with them at that time and they can't tell me anything about them.
After a day on the phone I finally tracked them down to this phone number 1-800-437-5174
She canceled the account and is supposed to be refunding my money. Now I'm just waiting to see if I actually get the refund....
