ClassifiedBuyers.com is a fixed-price site that has a free and built-in payment service...meaning no payment service fees, whatsoever. Buyers pay using Visa/Amex securely through ClassifiedBuyers.com. Money is then transfered from an escrow account into the seller's bank account upon the buyer's receipt of item.

I was quite shocked and disturbed to see such negativity regarding
StormPay. I have been using them since they began in 2002. The provide
an exceptional service and are very trustworthy and dependable. I know the owner personally, and he is an honest, and hardworking administrator.
Yes, I was aware of the issue mentioned back in 2003, but that was resolved LONG AGO, and there are NO problems with StormPay whatsoever!
They are certified by Net IBA........... if that doesn't tell you they are legitimate and trustworthy, I don't know what would.

You should go and take a look.

The fees are very high
6.9% + .69 PER transaction. So it is over 7% when the Added Fee is put in.

Yes, currently the fees are somewhat higher than PayPal's. But as they grow, the fees are getting lower. In time they will be in line with PayPal's.

My reply was in response to the post that seemed to say StormPay was not legitimate, nor to be trusted. I know for a fact that this is untrue, and wished to make their outstanding reputation known to the members here.

In the beginning there was a fee for funding your StormPay account before making a purchase. As they grew, they were able to eliminate those charges.

With any new business, they must generate enough revenue to support the expense of operation. As their membership grows and profits increase, they will be able to become more competetive with their
fees.

Their goal is long-term, sure and steady growth with currently over one million members.

They also have huge plans for their new auction site which offers FREE
listings. They are able to do this without charging their sellers, because items sold are processed through StormPay which generates a profit for the company.

John McConnell, CEO, had a vision.......... and we are seeing it come true!

Have heard that Nash Auctions was developing an internal payment system. Have they decided to make it more universal?

Hey, I definitely screwed up and posted sites I found in 2 other threads, (one I started and another one) that shouldn't even be up. I have a couple sites, but I gotta go find them in the posts. They're not verified in any way, I've barely looked at them and I'm no pro so my opinion wouldn't count for much, so I'll let you decide Very Happy.

Hey here are some sites I found. One I found on Auction Bytes when I just checked them out, seemed to have decent fees. The other ones were part of this poker site I went to. Neteller was amongst them but it's already been listed here in the first post. Tell me what you think of these!

Fire Pay
Instacash

PPPay is used by Ebid.tv so it may be something to look at.
