Im doomed, would like positive feedback removed

have you ever received positive feedback and wish you could have it removed. Sounds silly, I know Embarassed

Well, I screwed up, sent wrong item to customer, customer was so nice about it. He just wanted to exchange for the one he purchased. Drats, I didn't have it. uh oh, damage control! Shocked

to make a long story short, I told him the truth, I said I don't have it.. and I apologize, I told him he could keep the current item for free and I will give him a refund b/c it was totally my fault. He was happy and left me glowing feedback, stated I sent incorrect item, fix problem asap.honest seller, let me keep this item for free & issued refund. Crying or Very sad

I'm reading it like no no no no, take it back, o gosh, I am so doomed! O, boy, scam city is going to jump on me. I am trying very hard to get it down to the bottom of page, bury it! Although, I was so happy it was a positive instead of a negative, whoosh! Is this what you call bitter sweet. drats! Crying or Very sad

I was relieved it wasn't a negative, I am still happy, I just hope the wrong people don't see it Rolling Eyes

Well, you have a point. It's not a listing so somebody MIGHT see it. Wink

Thats the way folks are supposed to be.

I occasionally screw up an order and its very rare that my customers ding me.

Be thankful and consider it a reward for being honest.

k, see.. I knew it was going to happen Shocked

customer ordered product. I had dc, always do dc. trailed it from start to finish. She said she never received it. It says it was delivered. However, I give people the benefit of doubt, maybe she didn't receive it. USPS has gotten so bad lately, I have no leg to stand on. She filed a claim, I provided verification info, so I guess we'll see how it goes. Rolling Eyes

I wouldnt worry...noone reads positive feedback..they check to see if you have negative feed and then look for that..

I had the same thing and it did not hurt me it helped me. I mean obviously you know if its a scam because you mail the item. I would not be the least bit concerned about. You have a new loyal customer! May they buy many more things! Because you did the right thing.
