Hi All,

I had a sale on my eCrater store the other day and, the buyer paid through Google (payment had cleared) however, I never received a notice from Google about the payment.

I've never had a problem getting a notice from Google once a payment had been processed. I was just wondering if anyone else is having or, has had this problem.

I checked my Google/eCrater setting and, everything looks to be okay. The money was in my bank account this AM when I checked..

Good thing I check my google account and store a few times a day.

There should be a setting on the google checkout site to enable email notifications on orders

There have been recent problems with notification from Google Checkout AND Paypal both. I'm signed up to receive notification from both and for about the last week to 10 days, I may have received one notice... from PP... and that was this morning... lol...

I had the same issue with my google checkout account. I found a checkbox that had to be clicked. You can find it under 'settings', then click 'preferences', click the checkbox that states 'Email me each time I receive an order, cancellation or other transaction' After I had done that I have not had anymore issues, and have gotten an email everytime an order has been placed. Hope this helps.

I've checked all my settings and evrything is okay. All of my orders in the past have come through with no problems.

This same thing use to happen with Paypal when I used them. So, maybe this was just a one time thing.
