Hello to all Paypal experts!

Just wanted to ask if a buyer can file a SNAD (significantly not as described) dispute on Paypal if the item was transacted at iOffer or other non-Ebay auction/sales sites?

I am just confused with the TOS of Paypal.

Thanks!

diesel, If C.C. Is Used Anywhere, You Will Always Have This Potential For Chargeback. It's Not Just PayPal. While I Can't Believe I'm Defending P.P., They Do Want Buyers To Deal W/Sellers To Avoid This Type Of B.S. She Should've Contacted You And Gave You A Chance. If Selling Expensive Items You Might Offer Money- Back Including Shipping To Help Stop These Nightmares. Small Items Can't Cost That Much To Ship. I Feel Your Pain-Good luck

Yes, Paypal has such services. But you should shown valid evidence that you have returen the goods to the seller. Normally PP does not believe in US Post. PP will only believe in delivery records by UPS (the competitor of DHL).

True, SNAD's are only applicable to ebay items but you can find some resolve directly through your credit card company.
