Couldn't find any updated info on the OP. Latest PRnews on this particular company mentioned in the OP was dated back in mid Dec 06.

The site link on aboutus is dead, I do not know about others if they are having problem...Sorry to hear that you got ripped off . I read in one press release that they are not wholesale but an online retailer

Online retailer is a far cry from being called a wholesaler Laughing

though some retailers do sell wholesale when wanting to dump leftover or dated merchandise.

Most of the links I checked appeared D.O.A. Shocked

My dispute is still up in the air with these people. Mine is for $283.89 which I will not probably see credited back into my credit card. Please let me know if you have information of their whereabouts. This is their phone number I have on my credit card bill 714-457-8506.

Depending on just what exactly the problem is, your credit card company may give you your money back and go after the other party.

Have you talked to the credit card company to see if they can help in any way?
