Put WTB at the beginning of your subject. That way someone can easily tell it is a Want to Buy thread when doing a search or looking at the recent topics list.

If you are no longer wanting to buy the item or found it already please edit the first post and put FOUND or NO LONGER LOOKING

You might want to give a rough price range for the item you want ($xx if new, $yy if used)

Showing a picture of the item could help others find the item or make them remember that they have one laying around the house.

Maybe this should be a "sticky" at the top, as it's going to fall out of sight pretty fast from the looks of it right now.

my experience at bidville is that a lotta people are looking fer kiddie stuff--clothes, toys, formula coupons, etc. none of which i have.
