Here is an update for the Google Checkout Module for Virtuemart. You will need this update if you downloaded this module before 6/10/08.

To apply the update please see the README.txt file.

There are many changes in this release. Below are a few listed

* - Updated to work with VM 1.1
* - multiple tax support
* - disable usps_gc.php shipping option
* - added support for Carrier-calculated Shipping(UPS,USPS,FEDEX)
* - Added Google Analytics support
* - Enable auto redirect to Google Checkout for Normal checkout

NOTE: You will need to update your API callback URL if you are upgrading from version 2.0 to
https://<your>/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/payment/googlecheckout/callback/responsehandler_gc.php

Just as a way to avoid people who don't believe "README" actually has any significance can I suggest that you rename the files with the modifications in so they have .vm10 or .vm11 as a file extension to avoid people overwriting their existing files.

In particular the files in administrator\components\com_virtuemart\html could do with this as I can see more than a few folks managing to fubar their systems but just uploading the lot without bothering to RTFM.

Might save on rant like support "requests"...

This is mainly a patch, for a prior installation, not a complete new installation.

If you have decided like I to re-install J! & VM then it may be just easier to download the demo version from the sales page and copy in your license.php file.
