I find it hard to shop this site - I give up after a few pages because it's so painfully slow. I thought they were moving to more servers but it hasn't gotten any better. Anyone know if they plan on fixing it?

Thanksgiving weekend will be 2 years since they changed the site's programming language. The site never has worked right since that time. If they haven't been able to fix it in that amount of time I doubt it ever will get much better.

I stop in over there every once in a while due to listings returning from the dead on occasion or some other odd thing. I also get odd emails for messages that usually turn out to be nothing important or that I'm interested in.

I would have been totally out of there over a year ago if I had been able to close my account, but like so many other sites, once you're a member, always a member. At least they don't have any current CC info for me, so no worries about any bogus charges.

Carole, send them an email to cancel your account. They will cancel it in a few days.

If you clear and delete everything first, it is even faster, or that has been my information in the past, on deleting an account.

Even when the site is working "Just fine" I find the site very lacking and far from fine.

The site is SLOW and buggy.
If you are only selling a few items this site is OK but if you have hundreds of items this site is a TIME KILLER!

You know what bothers me more than anything? Non communication. Went to login into my account and can not get in. It was fine last night and even posted some stuff, but only in clothing and jewelry category. They have my credit card on file, even signed up and was approved for mmpay. Had transaction too. So why can't I get into my account. Fact is they have done this too me 4 other times. I have legit ppal account, credit card, and google account and based in the United States. What irks me is that they give no warning, no communication, nothing. But I am not going to sweat it. But if you are in good standing and then the next day you can't access you account and did nothing wrong. What should you do? And if there was something done wrong. Then let us know, but if you never know what was done how can you correct it? What a site..lol

Use Mozilla and bulk uploader and you will have no problems.

Do not use huge images.

Yes, it can be slow and frustrating at times.

Bulk upload as much as you can and then just use sell similar item if you don't want to bulk upload and just change certain information and leave all your permanent information there.

I have no problem that way.

Please tell me it's not just me & that I am not alone here!

Boy, do I need to vent!

What the he// is going on with iOffer?

Where do I even start?

OK, first off, I have been trying to leave a buyer feedback for 3 days now.
Not sure how long this issue has been going on, but for me, 3 days.
There is a "blurb" saying they are aware of the problem & are working on correcting it....

Taking a long time here!

Then, today, it took me 2 hours to do 5 new listings, and all were "list simular". Pictures not uploading & just spinning it's wheels & then not uploading at all. Revising the listing is even worse. Just sits there frozen!

Then I went to end a listing & it is totally gone. Just vanished! Not in my "sold" as I did not sell it..
Not in my "ended" as I never had a chance to end it! Just gone! Had to create a whole new listing, just so I could end it & revise it.

And what's with the "update/revise" on an item? You can not change the category, just the sub-categories. So to do this, you must start from scratch, just to change the category.... Ridiculous!

It takes for ever to do anything! Time is money!

So I spent the past 2 weeks getting all my Christmas stuff listed (70) listings. All together, I have 200 listings.

Now this may be something I might not be doing, but I am getting 0 hits on 95% of my items. About half have been sitting there nearly 2 months & not even a single hit!

What is up with that? I have everything listed in the correct categories. I have every keyword I can use & still nothing. Dead & stinking in the water!

I want to note on these issues/complaints/rants, that I am not on dial-up, I have high speed internet. I am not having any of these issues on any of my other sites or anywhere I go, for that matter.

Even my blujay is getting tons of hits, no sales but lots of traffic.

Very Frustrating!

Well, I'm off to an appointment now, but will be back this evening.
Just wanted to get this off my chest.

I don't feel any better though Crying or Very sad
