iOffer works for some people, some don't care for it- if you like it, use it, if not, walk away.

Simple, really simple and easy either way.

I reg'd on iOffer in Aug 06, and have had just a few sales. To be fair, I often forgot to update my listings from ebay. oops

Probably half my sales turned into NPB though, which was discouraging, but at least those NPB didn't trash me in feedback!

I removed my last 150 items from IO this spring, and moved them all to NeoLoch.

I found I never got much response on the forums at IO, when I had questions. But, every single time that I emailed customer service, they responded, and usually quite quickly. They were helpful and friendly.

Oh, I meant to say, I never had to pay any fee to join as a seller.

I didn't get a lot of lowball offers either. I set everything at fixed price, and only rec'd a couple of offers during my time there. Both were decent, and I accepted.

The forums are for members , staff rarely goes there or in any forum.

So a slow response was you asking other members, not the staff, until you emailed customer service.

Ioffer alway take down off the account without any reason, so just calm down.
ioffer's service is too bad, if you try to contact them, you have to wait for thousands of years
painful....

I agree that customer service may be a bit slow at iOffer, but it's only due to the fact that many new members are coming in and contacting them all the time. Their customer service team are totally backed up because they are trying to take care of everyone out there.

This issue has been discussed in their community clubs A LOT. Many members are asking questions that they could've gotten answers to in the clubs. There's a lot of experienced members in those clubs who are able to answer the customer service questions, unless they're account related, and I highly doubt that all the requests the customer service team gets are all account-related.

But referring to some earlier posts, iOffer is a good venue to engage buyers and sellers. Issues occur on all auction/marketplace sites. iOffer is doing its best to satisfy its growing membership base, and I feel that they're doing a great job. I feel that we should be patient enough to try out iOffer and live through the glitches and issues they might have, because we might gain something from it. However, I understand why some people might not be able to do that, so it might not work for everyone. iOffer is a growing and maturing venue, if it works for you, good. If it doesn't, no worries. We're all here in trial and error just trying to find what's the best thing out there for us.
