i haven't tried onlineauction.com but just sent 350 cards to checkoutmycards.com. they photo both sides, look up book value, you supply the asking price, costs .20 cents to list forever and a day, pay 20 percent when taking out cash but can buy other cards or pay fees and not pay commissions on that to lower that 20 percent. its been going since january 2007 and seems to be selling and growing quite nicely. costs the same or less then ebay and they do all the work, collect the money, ship the cards, the whole works, i couldn't be happier but then i'am a happy guy.

they also insure the inventory and sometimes weed out obvious defected cards not sellable although your older cards with wear are ok. they don't try to grade them they just take really good pictures. they just went with the offer button too. shipping is real cheap, someone in australia bought 130 cards from 30 different sellers and shipping was less then 20 dollars. great place for set builders.

I listed 22,000 at Webidz a few weeks ago and already had 75 sales. No fees, a free store and a pretty simple to use bulklister.

Hello SCK will check the site out. Sounds like you are doing pretty well over there. Thanks for the info. Stop back with any updates always interested to see how other people are doing in the card category.

Other places to check out - dedicated to sportscards and/or trading cards:

SportLots.com
SportsCollective.com
TradingCardCentral.com
BaysideAuctions.com
Beckett.com
MetaExchange.com

If you have any very old ones, you might look at consignment at 19thCenturyOnly.org (I did see 20th Century items there).

Ah, a fellow card seller. Giraffe had a very great list of card selling sites but the best one and the one that will be your most successful is www.sportsbuy.com, formerly Naxcom. They have stores and auctions and special storefronts for those who sell the most with VIP stores.

Thanks for sharing www.SportsBuy.com arcane - it does look good -
Open items by bids
Completed items by bids

How to sell - the Price Slash Exchange looks interesting, and a lot like what Angelsong777 was looking for (but she doesn't sell sportscards).

Fees - seem a bit high for the lowest-priced items, but these fees appear to include the collection of the money, that is they include the credit card processing or "paypal" fees. The shipping is calculated by Naxcom/SportsBuy and preset - Shipping Fees

Added to my spreadsheet.

Had some sales there. Problem is you don't make much on lower priced cards. Better to stick to free alt. sites with them. Just my opinion.

zpz is right, only sell good cards there or else you'll get fee'd to death.
