Carol-- RME is still US only. It may be that the sender has a UK email address but a US bank account, and was able to set up a MoneyExchange account. You may want to confirm with them before accepting, but if they have an account, it should be all good. Let me know if you have any questions.
Also, one of my main projects over the past few weeks has been creating the Revolution Money blog. It's finally been launched!
