They are breaking so many laws in their desperation...
It's just a matter of time.
I think they end up in criminal court.
Rico comes to mind. |

I left Ebay in Feb. and never went back!
With all the changes going on, I still like to come here, as well as go there, to see what the sellers are saying.
I'm watching their stock slowly dipping daily, as well.
How sad for so many good sellers that have fed their family & kept a roof over their heads, on Ebay alone.
Like thousands of other sellers, I was a small seller, selling nice affordable collectibles & housewares. The kind of seller they have no use for now!
I've flocked to a few other venues & am doing good & I "DO NOT" take PayPal, nor am I forced to do so.
It's quite refreshing
Good Luck to all that are still with-in Ebay's grip! |

That's what has always motivated me want to kick some eFraud ass.
Everyone is not the smartest crayon in the box and THEY took FULL
advantage of that from the onset, almost.
Hell, I STILL have a hard copy of the original UA I signed off on in 1999.
AND I saw, even back then.... They were all about the $$ for THEM.
One thing I must give kudos to Meg for is... that she, at least didn't try
to RAM it down our throats all at the same time.
She was cleaver and did it incrementally. (bitch)
This new dude.
Ha.... someone is going to 'off him' while jogging in the park. |

One of my violations was because I said if a buyer had less then 5 FB's they needed to speak to me first before using the echeck ( I wanted to check it out and make sure it was not like a check IRL that could bounce and cost me even more money) ! This was almost 2 months ago. I never said I would not take it, just that I wanted them to first contact me! Funny thing is PP was all I took at the time! They did me a huge favor by suspending me, now I only do local and face to face with only cash! They then turned me against PP when PP gave some scammer a refund on a as is parts phone because it was less then perfect, sigh. They will never get me again, either one! Funny thing is I was a much bigger buyer then seller all along and they were too stupid to see it! |

"Survey Shows eBay Sellers Believe Payment Ban Lowers Profits"
eBay is moving to an electronic Checkout system, banning checks, money orders and postal orders, and more than half of sellers believe it would negatively impact their profitability, according to an AuctionBytes.com survey.
Beginning in late October, eBay will limit acceptable payment methods to merchant credit card accounts, ProPay, and PayPal (eBay's own payment service).
AuctionBytes conducted a survey of readers in August to solicit their thoughts on possible changes to eBay's accepted payments policy. When asked, should eBay move to an electronics payment only marketplace (specifically, limiting sellers to PayPal, ProPay and their own credit-card merchant accounts), 75% of survey respondents said no; 17.4% said yes; and 7.6% said I don't know.
When asked, if eBay became an electronics payment only marketplace (specifically, limiting payment processing to PayPal, ProPay and sellers' own credit-card merchant accounts), what effect would it have on your profitability, 4.5% said it would increase their profitability; 33.1% said it would have no effect on their profitability, 50.4% said it would decrease their profitability; and 12.1% said they did not know.

What's worse is the these people at eBay 'think'
sellers would not mind our customers giving their secure info (cc # and all) over to their PayFlo buddy first.
As bad as the security, ethics and 'glitches' are with these companies...
I would NEVER trust my customers info to them.
I'm so glad I kicked all these criminals to the curb last November. |
